Community rules
Free public pilot. Enquiries and discussion submissions are open for manual review. Member group access is being tested and remains restricted. Trading, payments, authentication, escrow and buyer protection remain closed.
These community guidelines support friendly, honest collecting conversations. Share what you know, describe uncertainty clearly, and treat other members with respect. Member opinions and posts are not authentication or professional advice.
Rule 01
Be honest about your item
Use your own clear photographs and accurate descriptions. Disclose damage, restoration, missing parts and uncertainty. Copy any serial or edition number exactly, including leading zeros, and distinguish numbers on the object, its certificate and its packaging. Do not invent provenance, rarity, buyer interest or completed sales.
Rule 02
Respect other people
Welcome beginners and different collecting interests. Discuss evidence without harassment, threats, discrimination, personal attacks or spam. Do not publish another person’s private information, impersonate anyone or post material you do not have the right to share. Do not post unlawful material, scams, counterfeits represented as genuine, hate, sexual exploitation or spam.
Rule 03
Keep trading in its place
Trading remains closed during this free public pilot. Do not post live sale offers, payment requests or unsolicited sales messages. The site does not provide authentication, escrow, buyer protection or payment services.
Evidence, moderation and reports
Content approval and member opinions do not authenticate an item, establish its value or endorse a seller.
Member contributions
Contributors remain responsible for their own words, photographs and item claims. Label opinions and uncertainty clearly. Ask permission before sharing other people’s photographs or documents.
Moderation
During this free public pilot, enquiries and discussion submissions are open for manual review. Member group access is being tested and remains restricted. The operator may request clarification, restrict access or remove content where appropriate.
Reports and appeals
Use a report control where available or the existing contact form, or email serialnumbercollectors@outlook.com, including the relevant content link and a clear explanation. An appeal should identify the decision and any new information.
