01. Membership & Access
Use the community respectfully and follow the rules. You choose what to share and are responsible for your own posts and decisions. Banknotes are one collecting category among many.
02. Your content and permission
You retain ownership of material you are entitled to share. Posting in the community gives the operator permission to host, display and moderate it to run the community. For the discussion-review form, choosing Yes permits manual publication of approved text and your display name; choosing No keeps it as a private question. Sending a form does not publish it automatically. Do not share other people’s photographs or documents without permission. These permissions do not transfer ownership or allow marketing of your material elsewhere.
03. Pilot access and platform limitations
The site provides collecting guides, enquiries and manual review of discussion submissions. Item claims, opinions and content approval are not authentication, valuations or endorsements. Member group access is being tested and remains restricted. Trading, platform payments, authentication, escrow, seller verification, buyer protection and paid authentication or referral services are closed. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits rights where the law does not permit that.
04. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Describe items honestly and respect other members. Do not submit unlawful material, scams, counterfeits represented as genuine, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, personal data exposure or spam. Ask questions when details are uncertain and keep login details private. Reports and appeals should go to the contact form or serialnumbercollectors@outlook.com with the relevant content link and an explanation. Moderation does not replace legal rights or remedies.
